Urgent Care Clinic

The Nurse Advice Line (NAL) is another way we can help to provide you with the care you need.
The Nurse Advice Line is manned by a team of registered nurses 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
They are trained and prepared to answer questions about a variety of acute health care concerns.
They can assist you and your family with your urgent health care needs.

When you call the NAL, the nurse on the line will ask a series of questions about your specific concerns to advise when and how to seek care for an urgent problem or provide instructions on self-care at home.
Not all health problems require a visit with a medical specialist but a nurse at the NAL can answer your urgent care questions, give you advice, help you find a doctor and schedule next-day appointments for
beneficiaries who are enrolled at Reynolds. If your child is sick you can talk to nurses with specialized pediatrics training. To access the NAL dial 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273) and select option 1.
Get more information about the Nurse Advice Line on the TRICARE website.
