Welcome to Reynolds Army Health Clinic
Reynolds Army Health Clinic (RAHC) provides outpatient care, advanced rehabilitative services and troop leadership.
We are dedicated to prevention and promoting wellness with high quality, patient-centered care.
We believe that the patient's family is vitally important in the healing and rehabilitation process.
With a patient's total health and wellness in mind, it is our objective to provide the best course of
action for a fast and proper diagnosis, a well-laid plan for treatment, proper follow-up and rehabilitation when needed.
Patients who choose us, and our TRICARE network partners for care, receive the best care available anywhere with personalized, family-oriented attention. We strive to understand you and your family's unique needs so we can provide you the very best care and support.
Our state of the art health care institution is staffed by fine medical practitioners,
nursing and support staff. Each of us is proud to serve those who have worn the uniform of
the Nation and their families.
At Reynolds Army Health Clinic, we provide the same exceptional care to each and every person who enters our doors. It is our distinct honor and privilege to serve you and your family!
Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) is a team-based approach that provides comprehensive health care.
Please see the handout (Link below) for more information about the benefits of a PCMH model of care.
Welcome to the Family Medicine Clinic!
Please be aware that starting 1 November 2019 the Reynolds Army Health Clinic Urgent Care Clinic weekday hours of operation will change from 4:00p.m.- 11:00p.m to 4:00p.m.- 9:00p.m. Monday thru Friday. The weekend hours will remain the same. Since the UCC has opened in January we have noticed a significant decline in patients coming to the UCC after 8:00p.m. This change in the UCC hours of operation will allow RAHC to continue to provide our always safe, high quality, patient centered, healthcare for the Soldiers, Family Members and Retirees of the Lawton/Fort Sill Community.
Reynolds Army Health Clinic is in full compliance with all applicable standards.
'Accredited' is awarded to a health care organization that is in compliance with all standards at the time of the on-site survey. Our last survey was December 2016.
If an individual has any concerns about patient care and safety in the hospital, he or she is encouraged to contact the hospital's management.

To further transparency and patient engagement, the Military Health System provides prescribed aggregate statistical information concerning patient safety, quality of care, patient satisfaction, and health outcomes for health care provided under the TRICARE program at military treatment facilities. Additionally, information about the quality of care at most civilian-sector facilities in the TRICARE network may be available through Hospital Compare, hosted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
