After you ensure your DEERS information is up-to-date, please visit the Reynolds' Patient Administration Division (PAD) to ensure you are registered in the hospital's database, Composite Health Care System (CHCS). PAD is located next door to the TRICARE Service Center, south entrance of Reynolds Army Community Hospital, 1st floor, to the right of the hospital's information desk.
