Flu Prevention Campaign 2008
Reynolds Hospital’s 2008 Flu Prevention Campaign is underway. Open sessions for the flu vaccine and flu mist will begin in late October.
We encourage high-risk groups to receive the vaccine. Some of these groups include children 6 months to 5 yrs of age,
healthcare workers, pregnant women, patients with diabetes, asthma, heart disease, pulmonary disease, and those 50 or older.
Military family members and Fort Sill employees should bring their shot record and ID when they come to the hospital.
CPT Nichols at Army Public Nursing is the contact for the Flu Campaign.

The flu vaccine will be offered to all beneficiaries and all employees working on Fort Sill including GS,
Contractors and healthcare workers. Military Personnel will receive their vaccine at their units.
Murari Room, Reynolds Army Community Hospital – basement level.
** Saturday dates will be held at the Family Practice #1 Clinic.
Note: Children 6 months up to 2 years are to receive their influenza vaccinations in the Allergy/Immunization Clinic only.
Those 2 years and over may come to the Murari Room.

A completed screening form is required before receiving the flu vaccine. To expedite your service, we encourage those who can,
to download and complete the appropriate form and bring it to the hospital when you come.
