Are you new to Fort Sill and need to be seen at the hospital?
Please follow the steps below:
1.) Your Sponsor should have registered you and your children by filling out
a form during in-processing at 4700, please check to ensure this occurred by
calling the Admissions Department at 580-558-2750/2751. You must be
registered at Reynolds Army Community Hospital to get an appointment.
2.) Soldiers are automatically assigned a provider based on their unit
assignment but Family Members must now call Humana at 1-800-444-5445 or go
online at Humana-Military.com and enroll to Reynolds Army Community
Hospital. Please be sure the consultant at Humana informs you of your
Provider and children's Provider name as well as your effective date of
enrollment. If they cannot it usually because Step 1 was not completed and
you are not registered yet.
3.) Call the Reynolds Army Community Hospital Call Center at 580-558-2000 or
(866) 207-7603 or go to www.tricareonline.com
(if you are already registered with TOL) to schedule an appointment, please be sure that you tell the consultant
at the call center your effective date, even if your effective date is
several weeks away they can and will schedule you an appointment but they
need to know that your effective date has not arrived yet. If you have been
through each of these steps and are still having problems scheduling an
appointment please call the Chief of Business Operations at 580-558-8610.
Follow up appointments should be made as you leave the clinic:
When calling for a primary care appointment, we will try to first schedule
you with your primary care provider. If your provider is unavailable, we
will work with you to schedule you with a member of their team.
3 ways to cancel an appointment:
1. Call (580) 558-2000.
2. Decline the appointment when you receive your automatic reminder call.
3. Log on to www.tricareonline.com and cancel.
