CBHS provides services to Active Duty Service Members only. This includes members of the National Guard and Reserve who are in an active status. Soldiers can self-refer to this clinic. Various assessment and psycho-therapeutic interventions are available. CBHS is located in Building 2442 and can be reached at (580) 442-4832/4833/4351. The Soldier Readiness and Resiliency Center/Testing Center is located at Building 3445.
